WORLD ASSOCIATION OF TACKLE COLLECTORS

The WATC was the idea of Joe Anderson, IN. He, along with a few others, decided to form a
tackle club as an alternative to the NFLCC (National Fishing Lure Collectors Club) or any
other club; hence, the WATC came into being.

Whereas the NFLCC and other clubs tend more toward the high-end collector, the WATC is
intended for the enjoyment of anyone and everyone that enjoys any type of fishing related
item. Our goal is to provide the members with a very relaxed atmosphere to have fun,
develop friendships, and relax while keeping the hobby as a hobby and not a big business.
Unlike the NFLCC and other clubs, the WATC will not have hard fast rules, rather, we intend
to have guidelines for all members to follow. These guidelines will be determined in the
following manner: Once there are approximately 50 members, each member will submit
ideas as to what they feel the guide lines should be. The suggestions will then be combined
and voted upon by the membership. Any prospective member, after that, will be provided a
copy of these guidelines. If he/she feels there should be changes or refinements to the
established guidelines they will be taken under advisement. Any changes or refinement to
the guidelines will be decided by a vote of the membership, not by a select few.

Our intention is for the WATC to be a member's club where all members will have an equal
voice as to the conduct of the club and it's members. There are two (2) things that will not,
under any circumstances, be tolerated. They are: 1). No member will intentionally deceive or
fail to follow thru on any deal with another individual, whether a member or not. 2). No
member will intentionally try to pass off a reproduction or repaint of an original item as an
original. To be guilty of either will result in immediate and unequivocable expulsion from the
club.

The club's benefits and number of shows will increase as the membership increases. As of
today, the club's web-site, along with a bulletin board, is being built. A show is being planned
and will be held in Duncan, OK August 11-12, 2006.

Once again, we do not plan to be a substitute for any other club but an alternative. We
appreciate any consideration you will give us as far as becoming a member and having fun,
relaxing, and making more friends while keeping tackle collecting an enjoyable hobby.
